Meet The Man Behind The Lens

I hate writing these things because, let’s be real, they’re usually cheesy AF. But since you probably want to know a bit about the bloke making your wedding film, here’s my best shot…

Originally from The Wirral, I now live in North Yorkshire with my wife, Tash (she’s a cracking Celebrant if you need one—and much better with words than me), and our cat, Nova. Nova’s a crucial part of the editing team, mainly because she doubles as my desk pillow while I’m cutting together your film.

You won’t even know i’m there.

I’m a left-handed, beer-drinking, northern lad and proud of it.

I’ll eat any food, travel anywhere, watch any sport (even cricket…sometimes), and I’m always up for a good foreign film marathon—drives the wife mental. If you’re into films, I’m your guy for a chat about director’s cuts!

When it comes to wedding films, I believe they shouldn’t be stuffy, slow, or boring to be memorable—in fact, the opposite. If you’re after a dreamy, romantic vibe, I’m probably not your man. But if you want a film that captures the energy and buzz of your day with a killer soundtrack, let’s do this.

So why wedding videography

I left my boring 9-to-5 to chase the dream of being creative every day. Life’s too short for anything else, right?

I didn’t plan on landing in the wedding industry, but when my wife and I were planning our own wedding, I realised something: most wedding films out there felt… fluffy and clean. Don’t get me wrong—love can be fluffy, but there’s more to it than that. I knew there was space for couples who wanted their wedding captured in a way that’s fun, unique, and creative.

I’m here to tell real stories with energy, life, and all the mad moments that make up a wedding day. Love is at the centre, but it doesn’t have to be soft-focus and slow-mo to be powerful. Let’s capture the good stuff—the laughs, the dancing, the tears, and everything in between.
